My stay at Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Central was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Stratford, making it easy to explore local attractions. However, I found the layout quite confusing, with lots of stairs, making it awkward for handling luggage. The bed was comfortable, but there were issues with room temperature control that made my stay less enjoyable. Overall, I appreciated the location and comfort, though some improvements are needed. 😕🏨

6.4/10

I found the location of Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Central to be excellent for exploring the area, but my experience was marred by several issues. The check-in policy of not allowing early access to rooms was frustrating, especially when we arrived before the 3 PM check-in time. Additionally, the layout of the hotel was confusing and not very accommodating for families, which made navigating the space a bit of a hassle. Overall, while the staff were friendly and helpful, I felt that more attention to detail was needed for a smoother stay.

My stay at Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Central was a mixed bag. While the location is fantastic for exploring the town and there's a great pub right across the road, I was let down by some of the room conditions and the parking situation. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations for a Premier Inn.

Rooms
6.0
The room had a strange smell, cobwebs in corners, and spiders in the bath/shower curtain. The view was rather dull, overlooking a scruffy courtyard.
Service

Despite my room's issues, the breakfast staff were outstanding, especially Darren, who was friendly and eager to help.

Breakfast was good, with quality options, but I found it expensive if you only wanted simple choices like cereals and juice.

The layout of the hotel is cumbersome, involving a confusing maze of stairs and lifts to access rooms, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

I had a mixed experience at the Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Central. The location is fantastic for exploring the town, but my room had a strong unpleasant odor. The hotel could use some updates, and the service had its moments of confusion, yet I appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Despite these issues, I would consider staying again if the rate was low enough! 😅🏨

Rooms

The room I stayed in had an awful stench upon entering, and the air conditioning couldn't cool the room effectively. However, it was quiet, which allowed for a peaceful sleep despite the heat.
Service

The reception staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. However, I found it odd that a staff member attempted to take our plates while we were still eating breakfast.
Location

The hotel's central location is a huge plus, making it just a short walk to the theatre and the river, perfectly situated for exploring Stratford.
Dining

Breakfast was nice with good variety, but the staff's timing could use some improvement. It also caught me off guard that breakfast cost an additional £10 each.
Facilities

The hotel had its layout issues, with many stairs and a slow lift, but overall, it was clean and welcoming.
